Furry Scurry, Colorado’s largest dog walk fundraiser is back!!!
Join us at Denver’s favorite puppy pawty, enjoy the best day ever surrounded by endless fluff and at the same time help thousands of animals in need through to the Dumb Friends League. There will be food, drinks, vendors, games, friends, fun and many surprises.

When?

Saturday May 7th, 2022
7 a.m. – 12 m.
You can also walk remotely between now and May 31. Fundraising ends on June 7, 2022

Washington Park, S. Downing St. & E. Louisiana Ave, Denver, 80210

Who can participate?
You, your family, friends and dogs are welcome in person at Washington Park. For those participating from afar, we’d love to see your social, adventurous feline friends strut down the catwalk as well! For safety reasons, cats should stay home on May 7.

Walk, eat, drink and more—all to help homeless pets.

This year, Colorado’s favorite 2-mile walk and dog-friendly festival will have everything longtime fans have come to expect… and more!

There will be unique pet-related items at our Flea-less Market and one-of-a-kind contests, along with exciting, new activities.

Your registration includes:

  • 2022 Furry Scurry event t-shirt
  • Participant bib
  • Exclusive Furry Scurry swag when you fundraise beyond your entry fee!
  • In-person participants are able to redeem a seltzer/sparkling water from Polar Beverages or one alcoholic beverage from Denver Beer Company (21+year) at Wash Park on event day.
  • Teams only: opportunities to receive unique and fun awards for your team
  • The first 1,500 add-on lunches will receive food provided by Quiznos and one beer or hard seltzer from by Denver Beer Company. Includes: 1 6″ sub (vegetarian option is available), 1 personal-size bag of potato chips & 1 dessert.

Did you know that the Dumb Friends League had a 100% placement rate of healthy and safe cats, dogs, horses and small mammals in 2021? They also served 7,132 animals through vaccine clinics in priority neighborhoods across the Denver Metro Area and 16,651 children and adults reached through their Humane Education programs. Each year, more than 19,000 homeless pets and horses come through the Dumb Friends League’s doors in need of warm shelter, nourishment, and medical attention – your Furry Scurry registration fee, as well as any additional funds you raise, make these essential services possible for every animal in their care.

How much is it?

Prices vary depending on when you register and if you’ll participate in person or from your home:
For In Person Registrants:

  • Feb 4 – Feb 28: Adult $45 – Child $25
  • Mar 1 – Apr 30: Adult $50 – Child $25
  • May 1 – May 7: Adult $55 – Child $30

Not able to attend the Furry Scurry in person?
Be one of our friends from afar and walk at home. Adult $45 – Child $25
